Change email by yourself?

Do you agree to let's users change their email ?

What i mean is :
go to Profile -> Email
that able to change.

不需要换注册的e mail，但是可以换 MSN那些就好了

after you has logined to your account , then click the words "Profiles" beside the "memberlist" , then you will saw the "Registration Information" , what i mean able to change the users email is "E-mail address : *" able to change. but for now i locked, that why users can't change it.
