thinking of renting but dunno how the electric, water charges.
also the facilities not clearly stated.. hmmph..

about the Water n Electricity bills.. Usually is paid every 2month.. and cost about RM30 to RM40 something.
Next, streamyx... each person should pay RM10 something...

since it is shared room, what is the expected personal space? security also an issue.. parking too

personal space? tables, clothing wardrobe, and any others.. i guess..
parking for cars? and security is in case of ?.

1. the total space to put my things. (since have my own table, etc..) so need to know abt how big is the space..

2. parking for motor only .. (no cars yet -.-)

3. since share room mar.. how will be the responsibility, etcv
